Equipment Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• No returns are allowed on print heads.
• A 50% restocking fee applies to all equipment returns.

Return Process:

• All returns will be tested upon receipt to confirm the item’s condition.
• You will receive an email with the final decision regarding your return.
• If the return is accepted, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment after the approval process is completed.
• Sales items are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping and Costs:

• You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, especially for items valued at $75 or more, to ensure safe delivery.
• DTF Parts Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
