How it works

1. Sign in and find your order. Use the email code sent to your inbox.
2. Choose Return items. Select the item and quantity, choose a reason and add any helpful details.
3. Submit your request. Watch your email for our review and return instructions. Please wait for approval before shipping anything back.
4. Follow your return. Check your account for updates. Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received, tested and accepted.

Equipment Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• No returns are allowed on print heads.
• A 50% restocking fee applies to all equipment returns.

Return Process:

• All returns will be tested upon receipt to confirm the item’s condition.
• You will receive an email with the final decision regarding your return.
• If the return is accepted, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment after the approval process is completed.
• Sales items are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping and Costs:

• You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, especially for items valued at $75 or more, to ensure safe delivery.
• DTF Parts Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
