How to request parts

You can include an item number or note. Send the request with your name, email and printer make/model. Each selection includes a marked catalog location for staff review. No payment is taken in this request cart. Our team confirms compatibility, availability, price and timing, then emails an invoice. The catalog advertises special orders available in 3 days; timing is confirmed for the specific part with the quote.

Help identifying a part

Start with the printer make and model, printhead family, existing part number and the symptom. Useful matching details include tube inside/outside diameter, cap-top dimensions and outlet count, damper connections, cable pin count/pitch/contact orientation, roller dimensions and pump voltage. A similar appearance is only a candidate match. Customer-photo analysis is not enabled in the current Splat chat; describe the markings and measurements or ask staff for help. Splat cannot submit a special-order request cart or issue an invoice through the normal product-cart tools.
